EuroTech Universities website has been updated to reflect development of activities.
The EuroTech Universities Alliance has launched its new website to give a modern look and feel which reflects the development of the Alliance’s activities.
The new website have been launched ahead of the EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF 2014), which will take place from 21-26 June 2014 in Copenhagen and where the EuroTech Universities will highlight innovations in communication and education as well as technology.
An ESOF Scientific Session organized by the Alliance will turn the spotlight on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) as a potentially disruptive innovation for scientific and technical education in Europe, on 24 June at 9am.
Further, the Alliance will present the first issue of TECHNOLOGIST, a new popular science and technology magazine with a mission to provoke public interest and informed debate. The magazine and associated website will be officially launched on 24 June at 10.30am in ESOF’s House of Future Technologies.
Finally, the EuroTech Universities will present selected research projects throughout the week at ESOF. These range from novel scanning, imaging and modelling technologist to innovations in food, drugs, energy and tactile sensing for cognitive machines. These exhibits can be viewed in ESOF’s House of Future Technologies.
