TUM’s call for International IGSSE Project Teams is now open

TUM’s International Graduate School of Science and Engineering (IGSSE) supports up to 10 new Project Teams with scholarships. Scholarships can be awarded to up to 10 International or TUM-internal Project Teams.

IGSSE´s 12th call for proposals offers a great opportunity to foster collaboration within the EuroTech Universities Alliance through International Project Teams thus researchers from partner universities are encouraged to apply.

With IGSSE, the Technical University of Munich provides research opportunities and innovative doctoral training at the interface of science, engineering and medicine. Interdisciplinary Project Teams integrate approaches and methods from at least two diverse disciplines towards a common scientific goal. A clear concept of the interdisciplinary collaboration of the team and envisaged doctoral training modules are key elements in the proposal reviewing process.

The proposal guideline and template as well as information on the IGSSE Qualification Program are available on TUM’s website.

Deadline for submitting proposals is 2 July 2017.

For specific questions regarding the call contact Dr. Marco Barden, Deputy to the Managing Director.
