26 April 2022 | Facilities that meet the extremely high standards needed for developing and manufacturing semiconductor chips can only be found in industry and big organisations? Wrong! DTU Nanolab disposes for instance of a deep UV stepper lithography tool, which is equipment available to only a few universities. One of them is actually EPFL, like DTU a member of the EuroTech Universities Alliance.
