First graduate of DTU-EPFL MSc in Environmental Engineering

16 November 2016 | Swiss student Adrien Liernur has just completed an intensive two-year Master’s programme involving studying for one year at Technical University of Denmark (DTU), and one at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) – making him the first person to receive a dual MSc from the two universities.

The DTU-EPFL 1:1 in Environmental Engineering is a two-year intensive exchange master’s programme for students enrolled at either DTU or EPFL. Students spend one year at EPFL and one year at DTU and receive their master’s degree from the university they are enrolled in.

The EuroTech Universities offer several joint MSc programmes within selected areas. Whilst these programmes are developed bilaterally between two universities, numerous discussions are currently on-going at Alliance level to broaden educational cooperation.
