On 30 June 2026, Brainport Eindhoven and Eindhoven University of Technology will convene the “Connecting Thriving Semicon Innovation Ecosystems” Symposium at the University Foundation in Brussels.

The closed event will bring together senior representatives from EU institutions, industry, academia and regional innovation ecosystems to discuss Europe’s semiconductor strategy in the context of the next EU Framework Programme- FP10, and future competitiveness instruments.

Discussions will focus on how Europe’s leading semiconductor ecosystems can work together to reinforce the continent’s semiconductor value chain. Particular attention will be given to the role of long-term partnerships between industry, research organisations and regional innovation actors in supporting Europe’s technological sovereignty, resilience and competitiveness.
