The European Innovation Council (EIC) provides instruments to identify, develop, and scale up breakthrough technologies, through which EuroTech researchers can collaborate. The EIC Pathfinder allows for advanced research to develop the scientific basis to underpin breakthrough technologies and can serve as an excellent tool to secure funding for the initial proof of concept (POC) needed for project initiation.
This EIC Pathfinder Open Matchmaking Event aims to inform about the upcoming call for proposals and to foster collaboration and networking among participants from EuroTech Universities towards concrete proposals through:
- Networking: Bringing together researchers with an expert from the EU Commission, an evaluator, successful grantees and each other to facilitate connections and collaborations.
- Project Development: Helping participants find potential partners and collaborators within the EuroTech alliance.
- Knowledge Exchange: Informing and raising awareness for the EIC programme while offering a platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and best practices among participants.
- Innovation Promotion: Encouraging the development of ground-breaking technologies and innovative solutions by creating a supportive ecosystem for innovators.
Following the webinar there will be one-on-one meetings to maximize opportunities for meaningful interactions and partnerships building.
