This event is open to staff from the six EuroTech partner universities only
Digital technologies are profoundly changing daily private and professional life in Europe. Digital communication, social media interaction, e-commerce and digital enterprises are steadily transforming our world and generating an ever-increasing amount of data. The more interconnected we are, however, the more we are vulnerable to malicious cyber activity. Securing network and information systems in the European Union is therefore essential to keep the online economy running and to ensure prosperity. This is why cyber security topics will form a considerable part of Horizon Europe’s funding scheme (next framework programme for Research & Innovation starting in 2021).
In short, the work programmes of Horizon Europe are taking shape which provides the EuroTech community with opportunities for research collaboration and prepare well in advance.
We would like to invite you to a 1.5-hours webinar on 10 September 2020, 10:00-11:30.
This webinar will:
- Provide an overview of EU-level Cyber Security developments
- Introduce funding opportunities and draft calls for Cyber Security initiatives
- Provide information on the EuroTech tools for cooperation, and
- Explore the possibility of joint projects and initiatives.
To participate in the event, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that this event addresses researchers affiliated to one of the six EuroTech Universities only.
