Semiconductors: Bridging the skills gap through inclusion and gender equality

The ALLPROS.eu project is organising a webinar on “Bridging the skills shortage in the European Semiconductor industry through inclusion and gender equality”. The event will serve to explore how to shape the way towards an inclusive European semiconductor industry through skills development. Tatiana Panteli, Head of the EuroTech Brussels Office, will join a panel of experts that includes industry representatives, policymakers, and academic leaders. The panellists will engage in discussions about their experiences in the microelectronics sector and share their expectations, trends, and challenges when it comes to inclusive skills development programmes.
