12 September 2024 | In the frame of today’s meeting of the presidents of the EuroTech Universities, Michiel Scheffer, President of the Board of the European Innovation Council met with the presidents and members of the EuroTech Governing and Operations Boards for an exchange on innovation in the EU. The meeting took place at Skylab, DTU’s innovation hub.
The European Innovation Council is a key stakeholder for EuroTech: All six universities are beneficiaries of the EIC Pathfinder and Transition instruments. Between 2021 and 2023, EuroTech Universities have participated in 94 EIC projects, totalling €51.8 million of funding.
Strengthening the EIC is crucial for Europe, to ensure that the research leaves the laboratories and reaches society, where its full impact can be realised.
