This position paper provides the EuroTech contribution to DG Enterprise & Industry’s 2012 consultation on “Entrepreneurship 2020 Action Plan”. The paper sees entrepreneurship as central in transforming reserach into greater benefit for society and provides some recommendation towards the EU institutions.
