The European Commission circular economy action plan paves the way for a cleaner and more competitive Europe. It is one of the main building blocks of the European Green Deal, Europe’s new agenda for sustainable growth. Under this framework, the European Commission is launching new initiatives along the entire life-cycle of products, targeting areas where action at the EU level brings real added value.
Since the European Green Deal will be the backbone of the future EU funding opportunities, we would like to invite the EuroTech research community to an Info Session on the European Commission Circular Economy priorities. In our 75-minute webinar, an expert from the European Commission will give an overview of the circular economy action plan key actions. You can exchange insights on circular economy priorities and define potential activities to develop under this framework.
Objectives of the info session:
- To get an introduction to the European Commission priorities on Circular Economy.
- To exchange Circular Economy Working Group insights.
- To relaunch the EuroTech Circular Economy Working Group and establish steps to follow.
