Once a year, Technical University of Denmark (DTU) organizes Green Challenge (GRØN DYST); a student conference where students present their sustainable projects developed as an integrated part of the educational activities.

In addition to the students’ actual sustainable projects Green Challenge gives the students additional practical experience in areas such as communications and networking. This happens in relation to areas such as participation in conferences, preparation of abstracts, project presentations to people who do not necessarily have an engineering background and face-to-face meeting with other students and people from judge panels. Moreover, many projects contain elements of innovation.

This year’s Green Challenge will take place on 25 June 2021. Next to DTU students, also students from the EuroTech and EuroTeQ universities are invited to participate, more specifically:

  • École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne
  • École Polytechnique
  • Technion Israel Institute of Technology
  • Eindhoven University of Technology
  • Technical University of Munich
  • Czech Technical University in Prague
  • Tallinn University of Technology
