8 January 2024 | We are launching the 2024 edition of the EuroTech Future Award and are inviting early-career researchers to join the competition! Show us how you contribute to a more sustainable world and submit your application by 29 February 2024!
In a nutshell:
The EuroTech Future Award is a joint distinction given by the six EuroTech Universities in recognition of excellent research. It comes with a financial reward and an invitation to the award ceremony in Brussels.
The award addresses researchers that work at one of the EuroTech Universities, have obtained their doctoral degree less than five years ago, and contribute with their research to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Submission elements:
- An executive summary (max. 200 words)
- A description of the scope and impact of the research (max. 1,000 words)
- A demonstration of excellence
Evaluation:
The Vice-Presidents for Research of the six EuroTech Universities and the Head of the EuroTech Brussels Office will determine the winners.
Timeline:
- Call opening: 8 January 2024
- Call closing: 29 February 2024
- Results: 30 April 2024 (tentative)
- Award ceremony: 4 June 2024 (tentative)
