QS World University Rankings 2022: Top positions for EuroTech Universities

10 June 2021 | Yesterday, the British specialist in the analysis of higher education institutions QS Quacquarelli Symonds published the latest edition of their renowned World University Rankings. Four EuroTech Universities are ranked among the top 100 universities worldwide. All four could further gain ground compared to last year’s edition and got 1st or 2nd place in their respective countries.

Featuring 1,300 universities from around the world, this year’s university rankings are QS’s largest ever. Each institution has been assessed according to six key metrics:

1. Academic Reputation (40%)
2. Employer Reputation (10%)
3. Faculty/Student Ratio (20%)
4. Citations per faculty (20%)
5. International Faculty Ratio (5%)
6. International Student Ratio (5%)

Results for EuroTech Universities

DTU: 99 – 2nd in Denmark
EPFL: 14 – 2nd in Switzerland
IP Paris (incl. L’X): 49 – 2nd in France
Technion: 330 – 3rd in Israel
TU/e: 125 – 6th in the Netherlands
TUM: 50 – 1st in Germany
