This EuroTech Working Group looks at legal aspects in joint EU-funded projects of the EuroTech Universities. The Working Group members find common guidelines for topics such as ownership of results, access rights of results, publications, liability, and explore the inclusion of partner organisations as parties to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) consortium agreements.
They also exchange experiences with project negotiations in EU-funded projects besides Research and Innovation Actions and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, for instance in KIC projects, Clean Sky and ECSEL projects, as well as on preferred DESCA options with regard to settlement of disputes.
