At the 2019 Presidents’ Meeting, the EuroTech presidents looked back on five successful years of the European Venture Programme and highlighted the importance of the EuroTech Focus Area Entrepreneurship & Innovation. They proposed an annual EuroTech Innovation Day to showcase successful and emerging start-ups and start-up support systems. It is agreed that this will serve as a new branding for the Alliance in one of its core strengths and help connect the eco-systems of the partners.
The EuroTech Innovation Day was kicked off in 2021 in conjunction with EuroTech’s 10-year anniversary and was organised by Technion, with support by TUM.
The next Innovation Day will take place on 30 June 2022 at TUM, supported by DTU.
